Father’s Day is June 17th this year, which means now is the time to order your Love Jac Father’s Day cards.
Father’s Day has always been a lot of fun for me growing up because I am without a doubt “Daddy’s Little Girl.” I don’t really know how to be anything else. I always strive to gain my dad’s approval and to make him proud. I never want to upset him and deep down I know that if I really want something he will figure out a way to get it for me. My dad’s birthday is also in June, so it is a good reminder that Father’s Day is just around the corner. I’m not sure his opinion on this, but the most impressive Father’s Day gift I made as a kid was a “World’s Best Dad” Trophy. I created it out of a plastic bowl, paper towel rolls, q-tips, and gold stray paint. There has got to be a photo of it somewhere, but I couldn’t seem to dig it up. I’d even like to think the actual trophy is in the back of a closet somewhere for safe keeping, but for now you’ll just have to use your imagination to picture this masterpiece.
This year we are releasing 4 different designs of Father’s Day Cards in our Photo Mounted Greeting Card Collection. Plus as an added option, we are offering 2 of these cards with an alternative saying. It seems like people don’t like to be as sappy on Father’s Day as they would get on Mother’s Day. We’ve received many requests for simply “Happy Father’s Day” and since we are determined to say exactly what you are thinking, we have given you this option.
This is by far our favorite card. Nothing says Father’s Day to us like a necktie. We love the color and pattern of this tie. Keeping it simple with “Happy Father’s Day” on the front lets you decide how emotional you want to get on the inside.
The collection of ties a father acquires is sometimes overwhelming, but we feel that each one has its own story to tell. In just this photo we are reminded of many great weddings, including our own. This card has the saying “You’re the best, Dad” on the front.
We bought our daughter these boy boots this winter mainly because all the girl shoe options were dorky. It wasn’t until she wore them on a rainy day that we realized Chad had the same pair. We think nothing is cuter. This card comes with two saying options. “Me and You, Dad” and “Happy Father’s Day."
As a child, almost anything your dad does seems cool…even mowing the lawn. As you grow up it often seems like when you team up with your dad, you can accomplish anything. This card comes with the saying “Dad, we got this” as a nod to that notion, as well as “Happy Father’s Day” for those of you who want to keep it simple.
Since this is only our first year, we have yet to capture the perfect “Daddy’s Little Girl” card, so we decided to make an extremely Limited Edition version of it for now. We were inspired by the outfit Chad dressed Georgia in on Sunday. It was neon and fun and you couldn’t help but smile when you looked at her.
Once we started we decided to make two cards. One says “I will always be your little girl.” The other says “You are a great coach (in life).” If you like them, act fast. We only made 10 of each. Check back next year when we create a Photo Mounted version of these.
You have just under 3 weeks until Father’s Day, so start making your plans now. And don’t forget to send a card!
Have a wonderful Memorial Day and enjoy the week.
